About You
My clients tend to be people who are adept at work and in life, but noticed the limits of conventional definitions of success. When we first met, many of them say that they feel inadequate, burned out, or uncertain about their futures. Most are curious about how to be happier in life.
Through coaching, clients have told me that they have discovered parts of themselves – their values, purpose, their own spirituality – that they didn’t know were already present within them. Through coaching they get to harness their true nature, and create a life they want and do good for the people and our planet.

About Us
Our journey won’t always be easy or comfortable. No path is charted. And you may not always come away feeling inspired or relieved. But you will get closer to your true nature.
You will often come away with new insights that you can immediately apply, a deep question to ponder over, or a newfound commitment to take an action you have been reluctant to take.
Our journey will require both of us to show up with authenticity, vulnerability, integrity, courage, and perseverance. I will show up with mine. Will you show up with yours?
